Recently, I've been analyzing the trends of several mainstream cryptocurrencies, including XRP, DOGE, and ETH, each with their own stories. However, the most interesting development is the situation surrounding the HYPE project.

Simply put, the main reason for the price pressure is large holders dumping their assets. Trove has released $500,000 in spot holdings, and Tornado Cash is even more aggressive, holding $32 million in assets and planning to fully liquidate by January 26, 2026. This expected liquidation pressure naturally causes downward price movement.

But the key turning point is here—PURR, which after completing a stock buyback, still has $275 million in cash on hand, and is now actively purchasing core contributor unlock shares sent to FlowDesk. More importantly, they have submitted an S-1 filing to raise funds, planning to issue 160 million common shares to raise $1 billion, mainly to acquire HYPE.

From another perspective, since PURR DAT is actively absorbing these subsequent sell-offs, the selling pressure from core contributor unlocks can basically be absorbed. Therefore, the current focus is on waiting for Tornado Cash to complete its liquidation.

Looking at various indicators, HYPE has been steadily trending upward, and its earnings expectations haven't fully reflected in the current market sentiment. Typically, during low volatility periods, ARR is around $600 million, and during high volatility, it can exceed $1 billion. In my estimation, an annual cash flow level of $800 to $900 million is more realistic. The current sell-off is mostly forced, and once this wave of liquidation is over, HYPE should bottom out and rebound.

DOGE2,15%

Wait, Tornado still holding 32 million and planning to delay until January next year? Isn't this just a disguised warning of a dump? By the way, PURR's move this time is really aggressive, directly filing S-1 to raise 1 billion to acquire HYPE, which is like someone is taking the bottom. Can ARR really stay steady at 800 million to 900 million? I think I'll wait and see.

Wait, is PURR really planning to spend $1 billion to acquire HYPE? That's a bit outrageous. The $32 million pressure from Tornado still has to be endured until 2026 before it eases, so it's indeed tough in the short term. But logically speaking, since everyone is actively taking over, the bottom shouldn't be too low—it's just a matter of who breaks first mentally.

ngl the tornado cash liquidation timeline is lowkey the secret sauce here—once that 32M finishes cooking down, we'll see if HYPE actually has legs or if it's just half-baked hype lmao

Wait, Tornado's $32 million really won't be fully sold off until 2026? Thinking about it this way, it's actually a positive signal. PURR directly invested 1 billion to acquire HYPE. Is this serious or just testing the waters? Entering now is a gamble on this round of liquidation. It's a bit exciting. Is that all the pressure from big players dumping? The market's reaction seems exaggerated. The bottom might be coming. Waiting online.

Wait, Tornado Cash still holds $32 million? Is that true? How much pressure does that put on them? PURR directly made an acquisition move, it feels like they're bottom-fishing. I've seen this tactic too many times. Actually, it all depends on when Tornado Cash will be fully cleared out—that will be the turning point. How many people truly believe the forecast of $800 million to $900 million ARR? Anyway, I'm skeptical. They won't sell until January 2026, that's a really long timeline. There are too many variables ahead to predict.

Wait, Tornado Cash still holds 32 million? Damn, it won't be cleared until January next year. So the current bottom hasn't been reached yet, right? I'm seeing that PURR is trying to bottom out, but I'm just worried their fundraising move might introduce new variables. By the way, can HYPE's ARR really reach 800-900 million? It looks like an opportunity, but I still want to wait until Tornado is completely cleared before jumping in.

Wait, is PURR really actively accumulating? The logic seems a bit forced. The $32 million from Tornado won't be cleared until next year, and they might need to keep investing in the short term. If this wave of HYPE can truly bottom out and rebound, it will depend on whether PURR's financing can be successfully executed, otherwise it's just a castle in the air. But on the other hand, reaching an ARR of 800-900 million is indeed impressive, just worried about other variables during the period.
