The recent market trend has indeed been a bit tough. Ethereum, SOL, and AAVE are all in the shadow of decline, with drops of -5.45%, -3.37%, and -3.16% respectively. All my long positions are currently in loss. If it doesn't rally by 4 PM, I might have to consider cutting losses.

Why do I always feel like "one breath short"?

After the US stock market opened, blood was flowing out of the crypto market. Bitcoin broke below the $90,000 mark, Ethereum fell below $3,000, miners dumped their holdings, and leveraged positions were liquidated in a chain reaction. Over 180,000 liquidations occurred across the network in 24 hours. Under this situation, both institutions and retail investors are more inclined to move into safe-haven assets like gold and US Treasuries, causing the "digital gold" narrative of cryptocurrencies to temporarily lose its effectiveness.

The macroeconomic outlook is also not optimistic. Trump's tariffs on Europe have increased trade risks, US Treasury yields soared to 4.27%, and risk assets are generally under pressure. Even institutions like MicroStrategy, which are long-term bullish on Bitcoin and have added $2.1 billion worth of BTC, cannot withstand this short-term downward trend.

What do mainstream cryptocurrencies look like?

**Ethereum**: The benefits from the Cancun upgrade have been largely digested, and the activity in the Layer2 ecosystem is actually declining. It is now being dragged along by Bitcoin's rhythm. If BTC cannot hold above $90, ETH is likely to retest below $8,800, and Ethereum will also need to test the $2,800 support level.

**SOL**: It has performed relatively well amid the overall market downturn, having previously rallied against the trend. However, the recent volume decline indicates hesitation among bottom-fishing funds, and in the short term, it still depends on Bitcoin's performance.

**AAVE**: Whether the DeFi sector can rebound depends on when market confidence will be restored.
ETH1,2%
SOL2,05%
AAVE1,93%

Just a breath away, huh? I just need a breath to get liquidated haha --- Another "rebound tomorrow" story, I don’t believe you --- 180,000 people liquidated, it’s not easy for small retail investors like us --- MicroStrategy adding 2.1 billion? They’re not afraid, but we are --- ETH really has no soul anymore, following BTC step by step --- SOL still has some fight in this wave, but ultimately can’t escape --- If it can be pushed up at 4 PM, it’s a miracle, I saw it coming long ago --- Macro is a mess, all those digital gold ideas are pointless --- Gold and US bonds are really attractive, our narrative has completely failed

Close to running out of breath? Haha, this is the "last breath of the leek" being taken away. --- 18,000 margin call, I just want to ask how many more people can hold until 4 PM. --- MicroStrategy adding 2.1 billion in positions still can't withstand it, so what is our small fortune worth, uh. --- Everyone's moving to US bonds, who will come to rescue our digital gold? --- Layer2 activity declining? Then the Kunlun upgrade's benefits are really expensive. --- SOL is still holding on, but it looks like it's at the end of its strength, shrinking volume is really heartbreaking. --- Not pulling out by 4 o'clock, stop-loss in sight. These few orders in my hand are really troublesome. --- If BTC can't hold 90,000, ETH will definitely retrace to 2,800; there's no way to avoid this wave. --- Why is it always "missing a breath"? I think it's because there's no one to take over the position.

180,000 liquidation, how brutal is that number, retail investors are really here to give away money Just one breath away, and that breath might never come back, haha MicroStrategy adding 2.1 billion in positions, and it still can't hold? What about us small investors? 4 PM is a hurdle, not a signal to sell, it's a gambler's mentality If BTC can't hold 90,000, the entire market will go down with it, Ethereum can't turn around at all SOL declining with shrinking volume, what are the bottom-fishing funds thinking? They've all been scared out of their wits Talking about DeFi recovery, now safe-haven assets are the real deal, our crypto circle is just a joke The Cancun upgrade bonus is gone, what's left is all tricks The US Treasury yield at 4.27%, really no one dares to risk assets anymore This wave of decline is ridiculous, institutions can't hold up, retail investors definitely can't

Close to a breath? I think it's a lack of the courage to "cut losses." With 180,000 liquidation events, I see no hope... --- Starting to wait for 4 PM again. Why does it feel like every time we’re gambling on this specific moment? --- MicroStrategy adding 2.1 billion still can't hold up. What are we small retail investors still thinking? Laughing to death. --- Will BTC breaking 90,000 be the end? Then I’d better go bottom fish gold first, to avoid getting trapped again. --- Layer2 ecosystem activity is declining. ETH’s narrative really can’t hold up anymore. --- Is SOL still somewhat promising? Come on, it’s also falling hard, just not as sharply, haha. --- A total of 180,000 liquidation events across the network... these numbers are getting crazier, all driven by leverage. --- The macro environment is terrible; any coin is pointless. Instead of researching support levels, it’s better to just cut losses and lie flat. --- Tariff risks, US debt at 4.27%... Is this a clear signal that we should start trading US bonds or what?

Just a breath away... that means lacking money haha, stop-loss or cutting losses, no difference anymore. Another day dragged down by BTC, ETH is really too difficult. 180,000 liquidation, I just want to know if any of my friends are involved. SOL is still holding up, is this the rhythm of taking over the position? MicroStrategy spent 2.1 billion to keep buying the dip, retail investors really should reflect. Should we buy or run in this wave, I really can't figure it out. US Treasury yields are at 4.27%, so what are we still buying in crypto for? Cancun upgrade for free? Layer2 ecosystem activity has actually decreased, hilarious. Can ETH really hold at 2800? I bet five bucks it can't hold. Gold and US Treasuries are really attractive now, can't keep telling the crypto story anymore.
