Regarding market outlooks and actual trading execution, I have some thoughts I want to share.

Many times, we have judgments about the market, but the specific operations often differ from our initial views. For example, expecting a rebound but not heavily chasing high positions and getting caught; or simply choosing long-term holding, not adjusting arbitrarily despite market fluctuations. Even when using leverage to unwind positions, the approach remains the same—don't rush to cut losses, just wait until April for reassessment.

That said, this approach aligns with the long-term market direction. The key is having a clear stop-loss red line: if the support level is truly broken, then stop-loss must be executed—don't hold on stubbornly.

Additionally, I took out half of the profits early. The benefit of this is that subsequent asset return calculations become less complicated, and psychologically, it reduces some pressure. In asset allocation, maintaining a steady pace is more realistic than pursuing maximum returns.

In summary: stick to long-term logic, execute good risk management, set proper stop-loss levels, and regularly adjust asset allocation—only then can you live more comfortably amid market volatility.

That's right, mindset is really more difficult than technology. I'm the kind of person who, despite seeing the right direction, just couldn't sell at the high point. It took me several repetitions to realize the importance of stop-loss.

To be honest, it's easy to understand but hard to implement. The gap between expectations and reality is always the biggest pitfall.

That's right, maintaining a steady mindset is key to longevity, and cutting losses is the most painful.

That's right, you need to have a bottom line. Don't fear losses, fear not having a stop-loss.

Really, the stop-loss line must be strictly maintained, or you'll eventually get caught and screwed.
