Grayscale recently submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, planning to launch a spot ETF product based on the NEAR public chain ecosystem assets—Grayscale Near Trust. This product will be listed on the NYSE Arca exchange, with the trading symbol GSNR.

From the product design perspective, the trust directly holds NEAR tokens, and investors can subscribe and redeem using NEAR tokens or cash. This two-way exchange mechanism enhances the flexibility of the product. Custody and brokerage services are provided by a leading compliant platform, ensuring asset security and trading efficiency.

This also reflects the continued interest of mainstream asset management institutions in the NEAR ecosystem. As more Layer 1 public chain spot ETFs are approved and launched, the product lineup of the U.S. spot digital asset market is further enriched, providing institutional investors with more diversified allocation options.

NEAR's recent launch window has been quite aggressive, and the two-way exchange mechanism has directly increased the liquidity coefficient. From the perspective of Bollinger Bands, institutional fuel replenishment is about to begin.

Why hasn't NEAR taken off yet? Is Grayscale betting on it?

Near is really about to take off this time, even Grayscale is stepping in to buy in --- Is gsnr launching? It seems like institutions are all bottom-fishing --- Another ETF product, the US market is really heating up... --- The dual-way exchange is pretty good, finally some creativity --- Now Americans can buy Near more conveniently, no wonder the price is rising --- Grayscale's move indicates there's a story, is the Near ecosystem about to turn around? --- A compliant platform handling custody, risk should be manageable --- More Layer 1 public chain spot ETFs are emerging, market maturity is really improving --- Why is Near suddenly getting so much attention... Is there some good news I don't know about? --- Institutional backing = the start of retail investors taking over, but caution is still needed --- Remember the gsnr code, maybe there will be opportunities later --- Grayscale is back to bloodsucking, this time it's Near's turn haha

Near is really taking off now, even Grayscale is here --- I started buying when gsnr launched, with institutions entering the market, why are we still hesitating? --- The dual exchange is really smart; the liquidity is outstanding --- Wait, with so many Layer 1s, why did they choose Near... Is there insider information? --- The US spot market is heating up, how should we do in Asia? --- As soon as Grayscale made a move, you knew the price was going to move --- Haha, ecosystems recognized by institutions are truly different; safe to get on board --- The Near ecosystem has been quietly building over the years; today, it’s finally coming into the limelight --- Why not just buy the coin directly? ETFs feel a bit like middlemen --- NFT ecosystems are developing, and now with ETFs, it shows they’re taking Near seriously

NEAR is back again, and this time Grayscale's move feels a bit aggressive. --- Dual-way exchange? Sounds like a gimmick; the real liquidity still depends on trading volume. --- Another Layer 1 ETF... Are institutions starting to copy the trend? --- Why does it seem like Grayscale now wants to launch an ETF for everything? Is it genuinely optimistic about NEAR or just following the trend to make money? --- Can the launch of GSNR boost the market? I just want to know this. --- Is it enough to just have a compliant platform for custody to sleep peacefully? I still have some doubts. --- Mainstream asset management institutions paying attention is a good thing, but it still depends on whether there is real market demand. --- Holding NEAR tokens directly, how does that compare in credibility to BTC ETFs?
