Vietnam has officially launched a pilot program for crypto asset trading platform licenses
According to Decision No. 96/QD-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on January 20, 2026, the State Securities Commission has begun accepting applications for the establishment, modification, and revocation of licenses for crypto asset trading platforms. The relevant regulations are implemented based on Government Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP. The new rules require applicants to be domestic Vietnamese companies, with a minimum paid-in capital of 100 billion VND. Several brokerages and banks have already expressed interest in participating.

Once a developer opens a malicious VS Code project, hidden tasks automatically run, fetching JavaScript code from Vercel and deploying backdoors, enabling remote code execution (RCE).
