Hacking Method and Severity of the Damage

In this attack targeting Yearn Finance, an estimated $300,000 worth of funds were illegally moved. According to tracking investigations by PANews’s monitoring team, the attacker exchanged the stolen funds for Ethereum (ETH), and currently, the funds are consolidated in a specific wallet address (0x0F21…4066).

Fund Outflow and Security Warning

This incident has once again highlighted the security risks faced by multiple large DeFi protocols. Even established projects like Yearn Finance are vulnerable to sophisticated attack methods.

This event serves as a warning to users and investors to exercise caution when using smart contract-based protocols. Yearn-related service users should urgently verify the security status of their funds.
