Abstract generation in progress

【Blockchain Rhythm】An interesting trading trend has emerged. A whale address added approximately 220 BTC short positions within just one hour, worth about $19.74 million. Currently, this address holds a total of 374 BTC shorts, using 40x leverage, with a total scale approaching $34 million.

From the unrealized loss data, this position is currently in a slight loss, with an unrealized loss of about $190,000, and a liquidation price set around $110,000. Interestingly, the whale also placed a take-profit order, locking in a price range between $71,100 and $72,100.

Reviewing the operational history of this address, it has been active since January 20. In just two days, it deposited and sold about 171 BTC spot on a certain DEX platform, totaling $15.4 million, completing the liquidation of its spot position. By this morning, after clearing the spot, the whale established a short position at around $88,000 for BTC, with the position size once reaching $13.8 million.

The recent additional actions indicate that this whale is very confident in its bearish outlook, expanding its position through increased leverage to maximize potential gains. From clearing spot to adding to short positions, the operation logic is very clear—seeking greater hedging space for a possible downward move.

Playing with 40x leverage and going so big, aren't you afraid that BTC might have a rollercoaster?

Bro, this whale is really going all out. Using 40x leverage to play so big. I just want to ask, the liquidation price is only 110,000, and now it's still far from 88,000. How big is this position?

Leverage of 40x on a 34 million short position, really... These big whales just love to play this dangerously. The liquidation price is 110,000, and the take profit is set at 72,000. You probably have to cut your position in half to make a profit.

Wow, this whale is really playing hard. Dare to chase with 40x leverage, they are definitely set on shorting. --- Take profit from 7.11 to 7.21? Dream on, how much does BTC need to drop? --- Clear out spot holdings and go straight into leveraged short positions. This is a gamble for survival. The liquidation price is not far at 110,000. --- Added 220 units in one hour. Did this guy see some good news signals, or is he just pessimistic about the future? --- 40x leverage? I'm stunned. If the market moves against him, he could blow up immediately. --- The bottom-fishing hero and the short whale are now matched. Let's see who admits defeat first. --- After clearing out spot holdings, going all-in on leveraged short positions. I can't quite understand this logic. --- Still adding to positions with a floating loss of 190,000. Is this really a rookie mentality or a broader strategic view? Hard to say. --- Set take profit at 71,000. Is this a plan to wait for death, or do they really think it can drop that much?

Hmm... this whale really dares to do it, using 40x leverage to short. How desperate is this mindset? By the way, clearing out spot holdings and then shorting again—this tactic feels familiar, like betting on a big drop. But now, crypto enthusiasts are no longer afraid of a decline; instead, they're afraid of a rebound and getting caught off guard...
