If you've been long throughout this week, you'll suffer for a week because after the breakdown this week, there has been sustained downward pressure and decline.

Throughout this week, Sister Ying has been mainly long on Kong, with only two short-term long entries, the first around 88388, and the second last night above 89000, both of which were profitable. No need to mention the other long positions, which at one point entered a grand slam mode.

Why am I firmly bullish on Kong? How can the short positions be so smooth and still continue to harvest profits?

1. The main reason for Bitcoin's decline this week is the risk aversion caused by the Greenland situation. Even if an agreement is reached later in the week, it hasn't triggered a substantial rebound. This round of decline is accompanied by news-based retracement; a more likely scenario is a technical retracement.

2. The possibility of interest rate cuts in January 2026 is very slim, and the rate cut later in 2026 is even more uncertain. Rate cut cycles do not necessarily lead to rising prices; just look at the two rate cuts after 2025.

3. This is the key point: gold has risen as expected, approaching the 5000 mark (if you've been following Sister Ying for a long time, you should know that she has always been bullish on gold reaching 5000). Capital outflows and institutional shifts have led to limited volatility in Bitcoin over the past two months.

4. In 2024, Trump’s election, the major positive impact he brought to the market has been gradually digested by 2025. Regulations improvements and various bills have not implemented many substantial measures.

5. Institutions and whales are unable to buy more. The bull market from 2024 to 2025 is mainly driven by institutions. Without capital intervention and with reduced liquidity, can retail investors still push the market?

6. Following the US stock market, the phase of strong and weak performance has passed. Moreover, the US dollar experienced its largest weekly decline in recent months this week, and Bitcoin did not rise.

7. Mid-term elections, Trump should "do fewer things and act low-key." To put it another way, Trump is getting older; if he passes away, do you think Bitcoin will rise or fall?
