In essence, all my philosophical thoughts and practices up to now have been for one word: nature. The way follows nature. The gift and curse of high sensitivity, combined with growing up in a pre-modern Confucian family and social environment, make me constantly troubled by the internal struggle between innate nature and social constructs. Throughout my life, I have borne responsibility for the repression of the great Other and others' mistakes, with nowhere to escape, thus forming a personality that is both fragile and resilient, becoming my own guide. Ultimately, I yearn for a free and peaceful life, with my heart moving with the wind, perceiving the present, and thus becoming natural.
