The role involves solving complex problems in quantitative crypto strategies, including on-chain data and fund flow analysis, DeFi yield and liquidity modeling, perpetual contract and funding rate strategies, CEX/DEX cross-market arbitrage, crypto market microstructure and MEV research, machine learning-driven crypto alpha signals, and portfolio management and risk control in high-volatility 24/7 markets. Candidates are also expected to produce professional analysis in text, audio, and video formats for AI model training and benchmarking.
Key qualifications for candidates include a master’s or doctoral degree in quantitative finance, computer science, statistics, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience as a quantitative crypto trader, system strategist, or on-chain analyst. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency with crypto data sources and tools, and strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to make reasonable judgments in incomplete information are required.
