As of February 8, according to the validator queue tracking website validatorqueue, the number of ETH waiting to join the Ethereum PoS network has been steadily increasing since December 26, 2025, now reporting 4,009,053 ETH, worth approximately $8.455 billion, with an estimated activation delay of about 69 days and 14 hours. This reflects sustained strong staking demand, mainly from Ethereum treasury companies like BitMine and institutions that have recently staked a large amount of their ETH holdings.
Meanwhile, the Ethereum PoS network staking withdrawal queue has been cleared. Currently, there are no large numbers of users choosing to redeem ETH from staking, which means stakers can almost immediately withdraw their ETH.
