Wuliangye Group acquires a stake in Sichuan Sanjiang Huihai Financial Leasing Company, which increases its capital to approximately 2.04 billion.
Tianyancha App shows that recently, Sichuan Sanjiang Huihai Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. underwent a business registration change, adding Sichuan Yibin Wuliangye Group Co., Ltd. as a shareholder. At the same time, the registered capital increased from approximately 1.27 billion RMB to about 2.04 billion RMB, an increase of around 60%.
The company was established in February 2021, with Yue Yujie as the legal representative. Its business scope includes financial leasing services. It is now jointly held by Yibin Development Holding Group Co., Ltd. and the newly added shareholder.
