Being stuck in a position is not a dead end; blind trading is the real risk!

Being locked in losses is normal. Don't panic, don't blindly cut losses, and don't stubbornly hold to the bitter end.

• Light position loss: Wait for a rebound, reduce positions in batches, and relieve position pressure;
• Deep position loss: Reduce on rebounds + light averaging down at lower levels, lower your cost basis, and wait for a counterattack;
• Worsening trend: Stop losses decisively to prevent small losses from turning into large ones;
• Ranging market: Don't chase or get emotional, wait for price peaks to reduce positions, and strictly control losses;
• Uptrend continuation: Hold positions firmly, don't exit prematurely.

The market only respects discipline, not emotions. Strictly adhere to stop losses, manage position sizes, and execute according to plan—no matter how deep you're stuck, there will always be a day to break even.
