#STT price has a large buy order hanging at 0.015, and a large sell order hanging at 0.018, what does that mean?

#STT Can't make impulsive purchases. It looked good yesterday so I bought in. Today I'm stuck in a deep loss. Some people exited at 10x gains, while others made impulsive buys.
