If you had good trading week, go back to your winning trades and study them so as to continue with that might.
If you had bad trading week, go back to those losed trades and figure out what really happened. Then you also study your previous winning trades and understand what u did those days that you didn't do this week.
Remember, a good week begins from your weekend studying.

• What's the trend?
• Why should I trade this? (Is it a clear trade? Is it worth the risk?)

• What's my confluence? (Let it align with that strategy and confirmation system that makes you win)
• Where is my entry?
• Where is my stop loss?
• Where is my take profit?
• What's my RR here, and what's my money risk strength.
