Fundamentally there is a massive bull case. If Wormhole are ever able to force a vote to turn on fees, all transactions will then be taxed. This would involve Wormhole acquiring a very large stake in ZRO, while other players like Stargate, Pendle, Ondo will try to subvert the vote by hoarding supply at the same time. Back in August, Wormhole made a $120M bid to acquire Stargate, suggesting they already have the war chest to buy enough ZRO to hit the quorum cap and force a yes vote.
