交易第一課：學會止損，你就超越了90%的人
一、為什麼“死扛”是交易的墳墓？
你以為死扛是“等反彈翻身”，其實是在把自己逼入絕路：
🔹 越虧越補，越補越虧：比如買的大宗商品/跌了，想着“摊低成本”瘋狂補倉，結果一路下跌，本金直接腰斬！
🔹 心態崩了，操作變形：看著帳戶數字狂跌，心態從期待變焦慮，最後乾脆“擺爛”，錯過其他賺錢機會，甚至反向操作亂賣。
🔹 扛到最後，徹底套牢甚至爆倉：有的品種能橫盤幾天，你扛得起時間，扛得起資金占用嗎？最後只能割在最低點，血本無歸出局。
二、止損，是交易的“保命符”
別覺得止損是“認輸”，真正懂交易的人，都把止損當作戰略撤退：
✅ 保住本金，才有下次機會：交易的核心是“活著”，一次大虧可能讓你幾年都翻不了身，止損能把風險鎖死，留著子彈等好機會。
✅ 切斷虧損，放大盈利：高手都是“小虧大賺”，10次交易裡，只要3次大賺，其他小虧止損，整體還是賺的。
✅ 心態穩了，操作才理性：知道自己“最多虧這麼多”，交易時不慌不忙，反而能更客觀判斷行情。
三、怎麼設定“聰明的止損”？
不是隨便設個點就叫止損，這3個技巧能讓你少虧多賺：
🔹 看支撐位/壓力位：比如大宗商品的關鍵均線、前期低點，跌破就止損，不跟趨勢硬剛。
🔹 用比例止損：新手可以設“總資金的5%-10%”，比如拿1萬炒幣，單只最多虧500-1
