Juli - Die Bitcoin Layer 2 Netzwerk Zulu Network kündigte den Wechsel in den AI-Bereich an und wird sich auf dezentrale AI-Modelle, AI-gesteuerte Smart Contracts sowie die Fusion von Blockchain und AI konzentrieren. Der ehemalige OpenAI-Experte Ishant Singh ist dem Team als Strategic AI Director beigetreten, um die Entwicklung des Protokolls voranzutreiben. Zulu plant, die Liquiditätsunterstützung über die BNB-Kette bereitzustellen. Das Hauptnetz und die damit verbundenen Dienste werden am 30. Juli 2025 eingestellt und am 30. August 2025 außer Betrieb genommen. Ob es in Zukunft eine Wiedereröffnung geben wird, hängt von der Nachfrage ab.
