不過,他同時強調,僅針對位於人口密集區的數據中心採取行動,並不足以實質性改變 AGI 時間線。他估算,在“靜態世界模型”下,实现 10 至 100 倍的算力削減是可行的;若與未來芯片設計持續進步的假設情境相比,削減幅度甚至可能達到 100 至 10000 倍,而這樣的規模“將真正產生影響”。儘管路徑複雜,但任何重大調整都需要“第一步”。
