Gate News 消息，3 月 15 日，中国台湾检方起诉一家已停运的加密货币交易所"币竟（BITGIN）"及毕竟科技公司负责人刘昱森、执行长张瀚森与营运长张于庭（张瀚森胞妹）等共 10 人，其中张氏兄妹或将判处 12 年徒刑。检方指控该公司在 2023 年与诈骗集团合作，通过提供 USDT 并配合"假币商"线下面交现金的方式实施诈骗与洗钱，案件涉及 46 名受害者，诈骗金额超过新台币 1.5 亿元，相关资金通过加密钱包及境外交易所转移以掩饰来源。此外，张于庭另因涉黄金大亨、睿森银楼负责人涂诚文的扬盛集团洗钱 2746 亿元案遭诉。
