CATL Raises HK$391.9 Billion Through Hong Kong H-Share Placement at HK$628.20 Per Share

Gate News message, April 28 — Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL, 03750.HK) announced a conditional agreement with placement agents to issue 62,385,000 H-shares at HK$628.20 per share on April 28. The placement is expected to raise approximately HK$391.9 billion in gross proceeds, with net proceeds estimated at approximately HK$391.1 billion after deducting placement commissions and related costs.

The funds will be used for global new energy project construction, zero-carbon business development, research and development investment, supplementing working capital, and other general corporate purposes.
